Shipping policy

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME: Typical order processing time is 1-3 business days during normal operations. We will always pack orders as quickly and as safely as possible. Shipping times will vary based on location within the United States. Typically you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days of it being shipped. Any orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until Monday in order to avoid your package being left in warehouses over the weekend.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation of the damage and Wandering Wolf Soapworks immediately. We will file a claim with the delivery service on the customer's behalf but will need proof and documentation from the customer in order to file the claim.

ORDER CANCELLATION: An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when we are unable to communicate with the customer.
